Ask us to remove a pool profile

If a profile in the shared talent pool is yours, or belongs to someone you represent, tell us here. We pause it as soon as your request arrives, before anyone has reviewed it, and our team then confirms the removal or puts the profile back.

The listing is hidden from the pool the moment you send this, and our team then decides the request within 5 working days: either we confirm the removal, or we put the profile back.

We do not ask you to prove who you are, because no form can prove it. We pause first and ask afterwards, and we tell the account holder behind the profile that their listing was paused and how to respond. We never tell them who you are or what you wrote.
